Economic Development
The Bellevue Alumnae Chapter advances economic development by supporting individuals and families during critical moments of need while intentionally building pathways toward long-term financial stability. In today’s challenging economic climate, we recognize that true empowerment happens one or two families at a time – through both immediate support and practical education.
Our work includes strengthening financial literacy using principles of financial fortitude, equipping individuals and families with tools to make informed decisions, manage resources effectively, and plan for the future. Through education, encouragement, and access to trusted resources we seek to foster confidence and resilience in navigating economic challenges.

Current Community Engagement
We support small businesses, entrepreneurs, and local emergency feeding programs as part of our commitment to sustaining community-based economic systems. Signature initiatives include our annual food drive which provides essential food items to families experiencing food insecurity in our communities, our Adopt-A-Family program, offering direct support to families facing financial hardship during the holiday season, and an annual financial literary workshop delivered in partnership with community bank officers.
